Leadership Visit

Today we got a visit from 2 special people that work for frucor that makes just juice and mountain dew u know those drinks u love.

Anyway they came to talk to us not about juice but about leadership . It is leadership week this week and people like them ( 300 people ) to 300 schools to 3000 people to talk to us about leadership.
They took a photo and here it is :

One of the quotes they told us was 

1. A journey of one thousand miles starts with one step,  that means if you don't start you will never succeed 

Also if you are a leader you can make other leaders by encouraging others and supporting them till the end.

I have been learning to summarise and record min my own words.

I found it easy because I know how to sumarise .I found this helpful for planning my narritive. 

My next step is to make more popplets to practise gathering information .

My reflection:

We were learning to understand the characters impact on the story 

I felt confident about this learning

The thing that helped me most was thinking about the characters impact on the story and the things that would still be happening if it wasn't for leslie
My next step is to think of the characters impact in every story I read

factors and multiples puzzles

we had to figure out this factors and multiples puzzle  ( we meaning me marcus and hank )
it took us 1 hour to finish it  .    
we are proud that we finished it  in 1 hour our and our teacher said it would take us 3-4-5 days

We were reading bridge to terabithia,

we had to do a venn diagram.

I felt happy because I got more ideas than I thought I would get

I got 10 ideas for Jess , 10 for Leslie and 10 for both.( 30 all together )

My next step is to think of lots of explicit ideas and a few implicit ideas -
